Innova Auto Solutions is an automotive service shop located at 1221 Innovative Dr #17, San Diego, CA 92154.

We offer windshield repair and replacement, side and rear glass replacement, ADAS system recalibration, and complementary mechanical services — both at our shop and through mobile units in the San Diego, CA area.

2. Use of the Site and Quote Form

The Site allows you to request a quote by providing information about your vehicle (make, model, year, and optionally VIN or license plate number) and the type of damage. By submitting this form you represent that:

• The information provided is true, current, and complete.
• You are authorized to request service for the indicated vehicle (for example, you are the owner, or have the owner's authorization, or act on behalf of a fleet or insurance company).
• You will not use the form for fraudulent purposes or to obtain information about a vehicle that does not belong to you.

3. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes provided through the Site, via WhatsApp, or by phone are preliminary estimates based on the information you provide. The final price may vary after a physical inspection of the vehicle, availability of the specific part for your model, and whether additional ADAS recalibration is required. We will confirm the final price before starting any work.

4. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellation

5. Workmanship Warranty

All work performed by Innova Auto Solutions is backed by our quality warranty on workmanship and installation, according to the terms provided to you at the time of invoicing. This warranty does not cover subsequent damage caused by accidents, misuse, or intervention by unauthorized third parties. 6. ADAS Systems and Recalibration

Many modern vehicles require recalibration of their advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) after a windshield replacement, in accordance with manufacturer specifications.

It is the customer's responsibility to inform us if their vehicle has these systems. Innova Auto Solutions performs recalibration when required by the vehicle manufacturer.

However, we do not guarantee the functioning of vehicle electronic systems that are not a direct part of the contracted service (for example, pre-existing electrical faults unrelated to the glass).

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, images, logos, design) is owned by Innova Auto Solutions or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction or commercial use without prior written permission is not authorized.

8. Third-Party Content and External Links

The Site may include links to social media or other third-party sites (for example, Google, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Innova Auto Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Our liability for the Services provided is governed by the warranty terms stated on your service invoice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of San Diego County, California.
